About Liip
Liip is a Swiss digital agency founded in 2007, renowned for its flat, self-organised structure based on Holacracy — one of the first companies in Switzerland to adopt this model. With over 200 professionals across six offices (Fribourg, Zurich, Lausanne, Bern, Basel, and St. Gallen), Liip is both one of Switzerland's largest and most distinctive independent digital agencies. The agency provides consulting, UX design, web development, mobile application development, e-commerce platforms, online shops, and e-learning tools. Liip is certified as a B Corporation, reflecting its commitment to social and environmental responsibility alongside commercial success. Liip's combination of Swiss technical quality, multilingual capability, democratic governance, and B Corp values makes it a preferred partner for organisations seeking a values-aligned digital agency for complex web and platform projects.
