Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GoContento platform (“Platform”) operated by GoContento (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

• Advertiser: A user who purchases content placements or link insertions through the Platform
• Publisher: A website owner who lists their site inventory and fulfils content orders
• Order: A transaction between an Advertiser and Publisher for a specific content placement
• Content: Any article, link, sponsored post, or other material submitted through the Platform
• Wallet: The Platform's internal credit balance used to fund orders

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use the Platform. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements. If you are registering on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account without written permission
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Publisher Terms

4.1 Publisher Eligibility

• You must own or have editorial control of any site you list on the Platform
• Sites must have genuine traffic and not engage in traffic manipulation
• Sites must comply with all applicable laws and our Content Policy
• Metrics displayed (DR, DA, traffic) must be accurate to the best of your knowledge

4.2 Publisher Obligations

• Accept or reject orders within the stated turnaround time
• Publish approved content within the agreed timeline
• Keep published content live for a minimum of 12 months (or the period stated in the listing)
• Not alter links or nofollow attributes in published sponsored content without advertiser consent
• Not remove published content without notice and a full refund of the order value

5. Advertiser Terms

• Content submitted must comply with our Content Policy and all applicable laws
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you provide
• Payment is required in advance via Wallet funding; orders are only placed when funds are confirmed
• Funds are held in escrow and released to the Publisher only after content is approved and published
• Chargebacks or payment disputes that are found to be fraudulent result in immediate account termination

6. Fees and Payments

• GoContento charges a platform commission on each completed order (currently 20%, subject to change with notice)
• Publishers receive 80% of the agreed order value upon completion
• Wallet top-ups are non-refundable except as required by law (see Refund Policy)
• Withdrawals are processed within 5-10 business days to the bank account on file
• Minimum withdrawal amount is $50
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes on payments received

7. Content Policy

Content submitted through the Platform must not:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• Be defamatory, harassing, threatening, obscene, or discriminatory
• Promote illegal products or services (gambling where prohibited, counterfeit goods, illicit drugs, etc.)
• Contain malware, phishing, or malicious code
• Be AI-generated without disclosure where required by law or editorial policies

We reserve the right to review, reject, or remove any content that violates this policy. Repeated violations result in account suspension.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create and submit. By submitting content, you grant GoContento a limited, non-exclusive licence to display and facilitate delivery of that content through the Platform. Publishers grant Advertisers a perpetual, non-exclusive right to the content placed on their site as part of an Order.

GoContento and its logos, trademarks, and Platform design are our exclusive intellectual property. You may not use them without prior written consent.

9. Prohibited Activities

• Circumventing the Platform to transact directly with matched counterparties
• Creating fake reviews, manipulating metrics, or misrepresenting site quality
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or copying Platform functionality
• Using automated bots or scrapers without written permission
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform

10. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between an Advertiser and Publisher, either party may raise a dispute through the Platform within 14 days of the triggering event. GoContento will act as a neutral mediator. Our decision on disputes is final and binding, and will determine escrow release.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOCONTENTO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID TO GOCONTENTO IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoContento and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or extended inactivity. You may terminate your account by contacting us. Upon termination, pending order funds will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy; outstanding Publisher earnings will be paid out within 30 days.

15. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or Platform notification. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of courts in the relevant territory.
