How much does it cost to list my agency?
A Standard listing is $29 one-time — this grants your profile a Verified badge and full listing entitlement. The Featured plan is $89/month and includes standalone listing entitlement plus premium placement and the Featured badge.
How long does the review process take?
We review submitted profiles within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email notification when your profile is approved or if we need additional information.
Can I edit my profile after it's published?
Yes. You can update your profile, portfolio, and services at any time from your agency dashboard. Changes go live after a brief review.
What is the GoContento Verified badge?
The Verified badge is included with all paid listings (Standard and Featured). It helps build trust with potential clients and confirms your agency has an active paid listing.
How do I claim an existing profile?
If your agency already appears in our directory, you can use the Claim Profile feature to request ownership. We verify your business connection before transferring the profile.
Can I cancel Featured at any time?
Yes. You can cancel the Featured subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Your Featured access continues until the end of your current billing period, then reverts to Standard.
