Strategy
Migrate from the proprietary OpenText TeamSite CMS to WordPress, building a single Unified Digital Platform capable of handling complex publishing workflows, compliance requirements, and multi-market access controls.
Execution
Replatformed onto WordPress starting 2015, built the UDP with security and compliance features, developed a Collaborative Content Editor for Wealth Banking, and integrated the Market Commentary Engine.
Results
90% of web traffic now routed through the platform, 350M annual page views managed, 1,575 users served, spanning 29 markets worldwide.
